Two new wellness features land on Pixel Watch 5 this fall: Insulin Resistance Trends passively estimates monthly shifts in metabolic health from wrist sensors, and Blood Pressure Trends does the same for cardiovascular patterns — both deliver a single monthly summary rather than daily readings, and neither is a diagnostic or medical device.
our thoughts
During the presentation, they talked about how the watch would be able to show movements for strength training. For someone who’s main focus in the gym is weightlifting, it was highlighter with how Google Health handles those movement types. It sounds like a must own for me.
